Location:  Caister-on-Sea Haven Park near Great Yarmouth in beautiful Norfolk.

Available to hire by any family or mixed group!  Ideally suited to accommodate adults or children with mobility needs. 

Layout:  A modern, clean, and well-maintained caravan fitted with double glazing and gas central heating.  There is a non-slip ramp that allows access to the interior and all the rooms have extra-width sliding doors.

It has two bedrooms, both with two full-size single beds and there is a small double pull out sofa bed in the lounge.  There is a sliding rail with a grab handle in the master bedroom  that can be used by guests to assist themselves in getting in or out of bed, and a TV/DVD player too.  There is a wet room with a toilet, sink and a shower with a fold-up seat.  As would be expected, there are an abundance of grab rails.

The kitchen has been adapted so a wheelchair user can use the sink, oven and hob. The kitchen has been fitted with a ¾ fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and full-size gas cooker and hob. All cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are provided.

The lounge area has ample and comfortable bench seating with a television/DVD player, and there is a dining room table with four chairs.

There is a dedicated parking space and a patio area.  A storage unit contains a small table, a number of chairs and a clothes drier.

Prices vary, but range from £200 to £700 depending on the time of year, for either a 3 night weekend break or a 4 night midweek break.  Seven night bookings (or longer) can be arranged by merging a weekend /midweek break. PLEASE NOTE:  Any booking will be for the hire of the caravan only, and  booking will allow guests access to the following Haven amenities: the on-site shop, restaurant/takeaways, and amusement arcade only.  If guests require access to the swimming pool, entertainment venue or other activities, then they will have to purchase a Haven Play Pass - prices will vary according to the time of year and the duration of stay.

We are in the process of sourcing a cleaning company that can provide laundered bed linen.  If a booking is made from within Northamptonshire, linen can be provided.  Otherwise, guests will have to take their own linen until further notice.
